Terms & conditions

  1. Reservations and Booking
    All bookings must be made in advance, with payment required to confirm your reservation. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
  2. Cancellation and Changes
    All cancellations and changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. If cancellations or changes are not made within the required time frame, a 50% inconvenience charge will apply.
  3. Cruise Ship Passengers
    If you are a cruise ship passenger and your ship is delayed or unable to travel due to uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund.
  4. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation or change request, provided the request was made within the required time frame.
  5. Liability
    The tour agency is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Participation in all tours is at your own risk.
  6. Unforeseen Circumstances
    The tour agency reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour date will be offered.
  7. Conduct
    The tour agency reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who exhibits inappropriate behavior or violates safety regulations.
  8. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of the Dominican Republic.
  9. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking a tour with our agency, you agree to these terms and conditions.
